Strive constantly to serve the welfare of the world;
By devotion to selfless work one attains the supreme goal of life.
Do your work with the welfare of others always in mind.

Beautiful message to start off the year! To be of service helps, heals and brings together both the giver and reciever.
Because we are really one I think our own good actions benefit us just as much as they do those who are the recipients. Thanks for the comment and all the best for 2012.
We get when we give. 😀

Glad you enjoyed it and many happy returns in every way!
This motto was first introduced to me in the newsletter from Blue Mountain Center for Meditation out of Morales, CA, first started in San Francisco. My daughter introduced me to this method of meditation with the book CONQUEST OF MIND several years ago on this very same day, my birthday! This approach to work really ensures success, because it succeeds for all!
Isn’t it beautiful? Thanks for the comments.
